Led by Eric Johnson, Vice President of Field and Technical Services, CTC Global held its annual ACCC® Field Service technical summit at CTC Global’s headquarters in Irvine, California. During the three-day summit, the teams discussed technical advancements, ongoing innovation and quality, installation statistics, new procedures and more.
The latest training methods were presented by Mark Eglinton and David Pearce, and Sergio Chueng, Ian Pilling, and Chris Wong provided product demonstrations and technical updates, while also reviewing testing procedures. Justin Artherton gave the team a tour of the production facility and Eric Johnson demonstrated the latest innovations in the ACCC InfoCore® System.
Valuable field experiences were also shared by Ismael “I-Man” Dones, Wynand DeLang, and other Field Service Managers.
